What they say
Upon moving to Oregon in 2015, Marisa was instrumental in getting our Trust and Wills updated to OR requirements. Marisa is prompt and very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable about all things related to Trusts and Wills. One word that describes Maris is thorough. So when we needed to update our Trust and Wills in 2022, we relied on Marisa once again to help us get our affairs in order. Again, Marisa was very responsive and made the process extremely easy!

Myah was my savior during my divorce almost two years ago. My ex-husband and I went through mediation for our divorce, so Myah did not formally represent me but I consulted her before every mediation session and with out Myah, there's no way I would have been able to navigate all the intricacies of the divorce and settlement proceedings. She was kind, patient, thorough and easy to talk to. She was always there to answer any question and explain things to me in a way that I could understand. I was and still am so thankful that I had her in my corner for support or any doubt I had. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. Thank you, Myah!

We hired Ms. Moneyhun to draw up our trust after our daughter was born, and she provided excellent, professional services. She was very thorough and thoughtful through the entire process, and answered any questions that arose. We are extremely happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend this firm for your needs!

Marisa helped my husband and I draft our wills and our advance directives, as well as other estate planning paperwork. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with guiding us in our decisions regarding the care of children. She suggested some ideas that we had not thought of and we appreciated her input and expertise. Marisa was very punctual, professional, and quick to respond to all emails. We had a very positive experience working with her and we will use her again in the future.

Ms. Moneyhun was absolutely amazing with my case; she is fearless, confident, attentive, professional, compassionate and empathetic. The importance of meshing well with your attorney is heavy, I knew immediately upon meeting her that she was a good fit for me and my case. Ms. Moneyhun is worldly and cultivated, a woman of her word. I appreciate her attention to detail, proactive nature, fairness and how respectful she was to all parties involved. Ms. Moneyhun has contributed to the success of my divorce and I am ever grateful for everything she has done for me.

I'm so glad I found Myah! She was so clearly capable but was also kind and sensitive - easy to talk to. My divorce situation was not super complicated, but it was still emotional and stressful. Myah made me immediately feel relaxed and safe. She also knew the law inside and out and made sure I fought for every little thing that I deserved. She helped me get a fair settlement. Thanks to Myah I knew to ask for more than I had been advised to by another (expensive) lawyer and even that the law was more on my side than the other lawyer seemed to be aware of. Myah was sensitive to my situation and went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had our wills updated by Marisa Moneyhun and were very impressed by her efficient and thorough work. She dealt with our wills in a highly professional manner, keeping us informed with e-mail drafts to make sure our information was to our satisfaction and asked pertinent questions to clarify any concerns or questions we had in the process or planning our Estate. Marisa was not only highly professional but also very thoughtful and caring. I would highly recommend Marisa for anyone seeking Estate Planning. My husband and I have already recommended her to many of our friends and relatives.

Myah was immensely helpful during a very difficult period in my life. She was sensitive, direct, and honest, and I always felt like I could trust her to have my best interests at heart. I will be forever grateful for her professionalism and kindness, and give immense credit to her and her team for helping me get a workable resolution to an extremely challenging situation. Thank you Myah!

I consulted 3 lawyers regarding my custody issue. Out of the 3 Myah was the most impressive in my initial consultation, so I retained her services. I was not disappointed. She was extremely prepared. She kept me well informed of anything and everything in regards to my case. I found Myah to be very professional and she addressed my concerns in timely fashion. Her legal assistant, was also extremely professional, polite and personable. I was pleased with the service Kehoe Law provided. I would highly recommend Myah.

FAQs
When you contact Kehoe Moneyhun Law, LLC, you will work with our legal assistant to gather the initial information that is needed for your consultation. At your consultation you will meet with an attorney who will discuss your needs and provide you with an overview of services, timelines, and costs. You will be treated with respect, kindness, and compassion and you will always receive knowledge and diligent service from our team.
We will provide you with a client information sheet for you to complete and return to our office prior to your meeting. Any paperwork that has been provided to you, or served upon you and paperwork that was previously drafted, such as pre-nuptial agreements or estate plans, that you would like for us to answer questions about should be provided to our office in advance of your meeting.
For estate planning services we offer a flat fee for the majority of our drafting services. All other services provided by Kehoe Moneyhun Law are billed at an hourly rate. We will evaluate each case independently and will provide you with an approximation of the costs that you will likely incur.
We will keep you up to date on your case by your preferred method of communication, whether this is by phone, email, or mail. Additionally, because we work in a team approach, you will know that if your attorney is not available, that another member of our team will be able to assist you.
You will always have an attorney that will be the point person on your case and will oversee all aspects of your case. When possible, we have team members, such as our legal assistant and paralegal, do work on your case, so that we can keep your bills lower.
You can pay by check, money order, cash, or credit card payment. Due to COVID restrictions, we prefer credit card payments.
